This striking 18kt yellow-gold ring is part of Delfina Delettrez's Anatomik collection which reflects the designer's fascination with the human body. The fine band wraps twice around the finger punctuated by a surreal eye-shaped feature while precious stones offer a sparkling finish - there's 0.30ct of white diamonds 0.001ct of black diamonds and 0.375ct of blue sapphires.
