What do Kate Middleton, Cameron Diaz, and Katie Holmes have in common? They've all been spotted wearing J Brand jeans. Denim manufacturer Jeff Rudes and former stylist Susie Crippen co- founded J Brand.
At the core of their concept was crafting sophisticated and extremely well fitting jeans. Jeff Rudes started his career in 1970 with his own denim line 'Paris 2000'. In 2005, Rudes decided to use his long history in the denim industry to design his own brand, J Brand jeans. They were an immediate success,
after being shown at Ron Herman’s Melrose Jeans Bar. Celebrity stylist Susie Crippen joined forces with Rudes to design jeans that were made to be both sophisticated and extremely well fitting. These classic jeans followed one edict, to create a timeless look.
One of the first to bring the skinny/straight leg jeans to America, Rudes and Crippen sought to make jeans that were sexy and stylish. Together, they crafted jeans that gave strict attention to fit, details, and
comfort. They continued to follow trends, and branched out to design wide leg jeans, while still continuing to produce the skinny jeans that continue to be popular. Classic dark washes and fabulous fits are the trademark of J Brand jeans.
In 2007, J Brand launched two more lines, a maternity line and a line for little girls. These sharp looking jeans followed the same classic jeans, with attention to details. In 2008, J Brand brought these same modern, yet vintage, jeans into the mens market with J Brand Denim Co. As popular with men as they are with women, J Brand Denim Co. met with huge success. Available through major upscale stores, these mens jeans focus on cut, color, and clean pockets.
Regardless of age or gender, you can be certain to make the scene in these well designed jeans. Available through major upscale stores, these jeans focus on cut, color, and clean pockets.
